Guru Yogpeeth - Rishikesh, offers residential and affordable 50-hour yoga teacher training in India. This course is suitable for people who want an in-depth understanding of yoga and wish to become qualified and licensed yoga teachers. The 50-hour YTT is ideal for yoga practitioners at beginner levels. Sometimes yoga practitioners lack the time to cover all aspects of the course. Keeping this in mind, Guru Yogpeeth has offered a preference to yoga practitioners. The regular 200-hour course is divided into four phases, each lasting one week.

After completing the first week of the 50-hour YTT, one can choose to advance forward and sign up for the second week and choose from any one of the other phases of our 200-hour YTT, as per their convenience.

Individuals who do or do not have prior knowledge and experience of yoga will benefit from this productive and residential yoga instructor course. The 50-hour YTT course offers a basic understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and physiology.
