Sometimes yoga practitioners lack the time to cover all aspects of the course. Keeping this in mind, Guru Yogpeeth has offered a preference to yoga practitioners. The regular 200-hour course is divided into four phases, each lasting one week.
After completing the first week of the 50-hour YTT, one can choose to advance forward and sign up for the second week and choose from any one of the other phases of our 200-hour YTT, as per their convenience.
