Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). From there you may continue your journey with a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (DED).Via Train From Delhi you can book for Haridwar and then Take a Bus from there to Rishikesh.
